About a year ago, when I first started playing around with Stable Diffusion, I tried a couple of simple prompts: "doorway to nowhere" and, later, "doorway to outer space". Back then, Stable Diffusion 1.5 was the only model available. But there were many styles (essentially, pre-fabricated prompts) on offer. I tried these two prompts with a variety of different styles. The results were often intriguing, but low-resolution and often distorted.
I decided to revisit those images and run them through an upscaling process with a more sophisticated model, DreamShaper 7.
Here are the results. The captions indicate the style that was used for that image set.
