Argentinian artist Laura Questa releases a brand new graphite portrait ‘A Planetary Conversation’, a drawing piece portraying the two Nobel Prizes Albert Einstein and Rabindranath Tagore.
Inspired by a picture taken during the historical moment when these two extraordinary luminaries sat for a conversation in Berlin, back in 1930.
This drawing was created on paper with graphite pencils.
The second work in the collection of graphite portraits to come out of the artist’s newly established studio in London.
Two visions, two brilliant minds. Floating in the vast open space. Both deep in thought, with one eye point in common. The truth.
Is the World a human world or is Nature independent of any human existence?
In the centre of the image, capturing the viewer’s eye, is the black eye. The pool of knowledge. The black hole of infinite energy and light. The origin of all matter. Designed based on the Penrose Diagram.
