Is Sarbacane a good application to use?
Describing itself as “a smart, easy-to-use tool” for successful campaigns, this French provider, known as Sarbacane , serves more than 10,000 small and medium-sized businesses. However, due to its price, Mailify clearly targets larger businesses. Mailify Sunrise or Sarbacane has integrated new features such as marketing automation, SMS, modernized interface, etc. Sarbacane offers a web version of the application , thus transforming itself into an all-in-one marketing platform. If you prefer, you can still manage all data locally (if you’re willing to upgrade to the highest plan: exclusive, and shell out the money) and disable uploading data to the cloud.

How is Sarbacane positioned compared to other more established tools in this field?
Sarbacane charges its services differently than other providers, which can be both a good and bad thing HE Tuber depending on your needs. Rather than charging based on the number of subscribers (these are unlimited), they charge a minimum rate based on the number of emails sent per month . If you exceed this limit, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher plan. So it’s a bit difficult for us to compare prices with other tools. However, if we assume that you will only send one email per month to a relatively small list, Sarbacane is on the higher end of the pricing scale . It becomes more profitable when you send larger volumes (25,000+ per month), although in this case its prices are still average:
the lowest plan, Essential, starts at $69/month for up to 5,000 emails;
if you compare this price to Sendinblue’s cheapest plan (10,000 emails/month = $25), you’ll see that it’s not that affordable;
An annual discount is also available for all plans.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to access their pricing information unless you sign up for their free trial, as they don’t display their prices openly, which is quite off-putting.
Is Sarbacane the right newsletter service for you?
Sarbacane is recommended if you don’t have your own templates, it has some pretty decent (and mobile-friendly) email templates and a wide selection to choose from. Having a flexible and easy-to-use editor is also a big plus. It is aimed at large businesses with big budgets, considering the price we would struggle to recommend this service to small businesses . Larger businesses might find the offline data hosting option useful, as well as the dedicated coach and 3 dedicated IPs.
Furthermore, we do not recommend Sarbacane if your email volumes vary from one month to another: by using Sarbacane, you pay for a certain number of emails per month, which is different from the majority of other providers who charge based on your number of contacts. If your email volumes fluctuate, it’s best to opt for a tool that offers more predictable pricing , based on the number of subscribers.
If you need advanced list management and automations, Sarbacane offers these features , but only at a basic level. If you need advanced options like automated segments and flexible email flows.
