EXPRESSING THE MAGICAL MASTERY OF AN ETHICAL OPEN-FIRE KITCHEN

Meating is a street-food, open-fire kitchen meatery conceived by an esteemed culinary master. His vision aimed to form an ultimate meat-eating experience, centered around open-fire cooking while incorporating the spirit of gathering and enjoying shared moments.
The objective was to craft a logotype that captures the essence of a street food open-fire kitchen, showcases the Chef's culinary mastery, and emphasizes a strong sense of togetherness and satisfaction.

To infuse a unique and playful touch, the Chef guided to the inclusion of animals gathering and holding beers around the fire to convey a festive atmosphere and the shared joy of a dining experience, injecting a memorable and distinctive element into the brand.




THE LOGOTYPE — AN INVITATION TO THE OPEN FIRE KITCHEN MAGIC

The logotype's central concept was built on a rounded m letter from the name, designed to resemble the movement of fire. Open hands, symbolizing gathering and invitation, emerged from the letter m holding flames indicating the magical mastery of open-fire cooking technique. The typography is engraved within a circle, enhancing the sense of unity and completeness.


THE ILLUSTRATIONS — A TOAST TO TOGETHERNESS

The animal illustrations were meticulously crafted to serve as a captivating visual narrative, with the artistic style aiming to evoke a positive vibe and establish a profound connection with ethical farming practices. This conscious effort seeks to incorporate the respectful treatment of the animals while symbolizing the unique quality, underscoring the street-food meatery's commitment to quality sourcing. The blissful expressions and engaging body language, reminiscent of a slow, smooth dance, breathe life into the characters, effectively conveying a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The circular formation not only fosters unity but also symbolizes the communal spirit of a gathering.

By featuring the animals holding beers, the illustrations encapsulate the idea of a relaxed and enjoyable gathering, making the visual identity's potential a compelling reflection of the street-food meatery's commitment to quality, ethical practices, and a welcoming ambiance.


The project was developed for the Olympian Pantheon Agency. This is a rejected version.
