Marco Castello is a Sicilian born in 1993.
He sings, plays drums like a funk musician, switches from guitar to piano as if they were the same instrument and has a degree in jazz trumpet. He also plays with La Comitiva - the side project of Kings Of Convenience's Erlend Oye - and live with Mace, but above all he knows how to write beautiful songs, a pop full of groove and words, linked to the contemporary but also timeless.
His debut album 'Contenta tu' was released on 42 Records and immediately made him one of the most sought-after and appreciated artists on the Italian scene, mixing Italian and Sicilian, alternating incendiary full-band live performances with acoustic concerts that are like small, great collective rituals.
