I created two artworks for the exclusive Girls Reframed exhibition at Dray Walk Gallery in Brick Lane, London 20th July. The Girl Effect is a movement. It’s about leveraging the unique potential of adolescent girls to end poverty for themselves, their families, their communities, their countries and the world. Created by the Nike Foundation in collaboration with the NoVo Foundation, United Nations Foundation and Coalition for Adolescent Girls.
This one is for this special Chinese girl Han Yue, she said: "I hope I can be a painter because painting is also my wish. Painting not only makes me happy, but also makes other people happy."
