Valu is a financial technology powerhouse that offers financial solutions to individuals and businesses in Egypt. The brief was to tackle the store concept differently by creating a friendly environment that appeals to young generation. We thought to have one of the very renowned coffee brewery as an anchor for traffic. Customers can enjoy a cup of coffee or a light snack while browsing through the variety of products. The focus is on the café & social aspect and all banking service is offered on the side which makes it a friendly & approachable environment for clients to browse.
The user journey was crafted in a very light manner were Valu's experts will be available to answer any questions clients may have, activate people’s accounts & help them through any financial advice that might be needed, The aim is to make the store a destination to visit to spend a nice time, have a quick chat or try one of Valu's products.
