The project is a result of an attempt at escaping the current infamous trends in thermomodernization in Poland - the application of colourful patterns onto prefab blocks` facades.
Our part of the project was font design for this district of Poznań. The design is based on the form of vitreo mosaic tiles which had been present on the bulidings` facades before their thermomodernization. The original mosaic elements were the starting point for our first drafts. The project has been applied on three blocks in Bolesława Chrobrego estate.
The mosaic motif has also been used in the new balcony balustrades design.
