The challenging shape of the curved corner lot resulted in a floor plan with unconventional oblique structural grid  which made modeling this house a bit of challenge, as it technically has five elevations.
Greek-style pediments, balconies, balusters, columns, and moldings are scattered all throughout the house and brought into harmony by sharing the same opulent white color.
Balconies and terraces were arranged in a informal, almost chaotic manner reminiscent of how temples and agoras were scattered obliquely in Ancient Greece before the Romans introduced the concept of an orthographic grid.
The main entrance is articulated by a triangular pediment held up by two Doric columns. The various terraces serve a dual purpose to provide a convenient place to locate air-conditioning condenser units while also serving as semi-outdoor spaces for the inhabitants to enjoy.
A similar aesthetic was used for the staff house, containing kitchens and rooms for the house help, cooks and drivers. The entire third floor and terrace is a dedicated karaoke space - the recreational activity of choice for most Filipinos.
