Despite their appeal, large-scale shopping malls present a universal problem: difficulty in navigation. Shoppers often spend an excessive amount of time trying to locate specific stores or amenities, leading to frustration and decreased customer satisfaction. In response to these challenges, I've designed innovative indoor navigation screens specifically tailored for shopping malls. These interactive screens leverage advanced technology to provide real-time directions, shop details, and other relevant information to shoppers at the touch of a finger. The system is smart, adapting to each mall's unique layout, and flexible, accommodating updates or changes with ease.
