FVO: My name is Khanya and I’m based in Guguethu. I used to see many
people walking past my area, morning and night, until somebody took
away my shine. Now people avoid this street - it has become a hotspot for
crime. Kids have been robbed, adults hurt, and some killed. I’m just a
street light but I can tell you that the cost of vandalism is higher than you
think. If you’re not a part of the solution, you’re a part of the problem. Call
the City of Cape Town to report vandalism.
