Fusion One Ninety is a fondue restaurant that I created, designed, and developed for my senior capstone project. I placed it to be built in downtown Kansas City, MO. Fusion One Ninety is a vintage-modern fondue restaurant with a laid back and casual atmosphere. Typically when one thinks of a fondue restaurant they envision fine dining. Fusion One Ninety is completely opposite of that stereotype. Fusion One Ninety has been described as ‘fondue meets coffee shop’. Here at Fusion One Ninety we provide a casual environment with an intimate atmosphere.
