L.E.K. need an internal campaign that helped communicate this to their global team, building pride in the work and sharing useful case studies across their network.

We distilled weeks of discovery into a new brand purpose for L.E.K., and developed digital, print and nearly 50 social posts, stories and reels to promote the campaign.
