Croce means ‘cross’ in Italian, the country of churches. The brief of this project was to create a publication for National Heritage Board to promote Singapore's architectural heritage to adults aged 25-40 through monuments with the interest in art, design and architecture. Hence I decided to focus on the monumental churches in Singapore. Through the minimalistic and monochrome style, not only does it emphasise on the elegance that churches have, it also enhances the little architectural elements of the churches. Thus, readers are able to fully appreciate the true beauty of the architecture of old churches in Singapore.
