HSI Global-Social Media Graphics

Livivo is the largest brand under the HSI company and with that a social media presence has been created to help build the narrative between the consumer and the brand. Using the Livivo brand style I worked with the social media manager to create stories for Instagram detailing how to get in touch with the customer support team. 

The aim of this is to build a better understanding between the customer and customer support team, letting them know a team is available, showing how to get in touch and how response times work. This is to build a better relationship between the two, elevate the brand experience for the consumer and a way to further reinforce the visual consistency of the brand to the consumer. 

Each story was created using the brand colours, typefaces and icon designs.

Nice deep margins from the top and bottom were used to avoid an overlap of information from the features on instagram such as the brand profile along the top and the message bar at the bottom. 
I created the phone and hand icon from scratch using the Livivo style specifically for this project and was added to the icon library for future use. 
Took a screenshot of the website to use as a direct visual reference. Used an alternating colour scheme for differentiation and to prevent the information from blending together.
To reinforce important pieces of information I used varying font weights and colour applications, subtly highlighting information hierarchy.
