NBA X HBCU Fellowship Milwaukee Bucks
The NBA HBCU Fellowship Program offers career development opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities, providing 10-week paid summer internships in various NBA departments, including ticket sales, corporate partnerships, IT, social responsibility, and marketing. Fellows are selected by NBA teams and the league office.
- Served as ideation lead and piloted research for key theme nights including Military Appreciation Night and HBCU Night
- Partnered with cross-functional planning teams, helping to present valuable insight and next steps in project management
- Identified best practices across the sports industry to better facilitate giveaways, in-game offers, affinity groups, and contests
