Rumbo | Design for Web
Project Brief
Design and code a single-page website to highlight and advertise the redesign of Rumbo, which were previously worked on in IOW 300.4 and IOW 300.5. To advertise the redesign, highlight some of the features, flows and screens design in the previous projects. The website must also allow the user to engage with the content, as well as guide the user through a digital journey (narrative) of the site in a visually engaging and interactive way.

Design Strategy
Looking back to IOW 300.4 and IOW 300.5, the website design and build seeks to advertise the newly redesigned Rumbo in an engaging and exciting manner. The websites features, an ‘about us’ section and an ‘our goals’ section that utilises interactive cards when the viewer hovers on a card. It also highlights Rumbo’s newly developed features by giving each feature their individual space, so that they each have their own spotlight moment. The website also showcases an ‘our community’ carousel that highlights the positive experiences of Rumbo users and valuable information about taxis. Additionally, the website also has some animation to further enhance the users experience and uses a limited colour palette to give the site a level of simple sophistication.
