Project Brief
This project involves investigating, analysing, and redesigning a single mobile user journey from a mobile site indicative of a poor user experience. In mapping existing user journeys and identifying the strengths and weaknesses from a user’s point of view, this project proposes a redesign by rectifying key areas where improvements are to be made. Furthermore, a complete reimagining of the existing visual language and interface elements lends to the user-friendliness and usability of the redesigned website.

Design Strategy
Rumbo aims to address communication obstacles faced by thousands of current and potential taxi users in Pretoria stemming from information poverty. The key features of the app include language localisation, live navigation, transport options, reporting problems on the road, and rating your trip.
The Rumbo website is simple and minimalistic, utilising the colours of the app to maintain a sense of unity. The app's features are highlighted with a carousel and user feedback to provide a comprehensive overview of the navigation app.
