Fast – around 18 second cycle not including operator load (depends on part and # of rows).  With proper material staging you should be able to produce 800-1,000 assemblies per 8 hour shift.

 

Portable – the entire machine is self-contained.  After you unhook the main air and electrical lines the machine can be easily moved utilizing built in fork pockets located in 2 directions on the base.
