PRINCE OF PERSIA
This topic is based on the general game concept, which is based on a historical man and his life, who is famous for his tragic fights, mythologies and folktales. He is the man who is known as Prince of Persia named Rostam Farrukhzad. However, this will also entail the physical description, romance, fights and life about Rostam. The main purpose of this topic is to explore the life about Rostam Farrukhzad and study the things that are connected with him like calligraphy, paintings, sculptures, sword and helmets, stallion, patterns and used them to make a collection of Leather Accessories and Footwear products.

The main purpose of this topic is to explore the life about Rostam Farrukhzad and study the things that are connected with him like calligraphy, paintings, sculptures, sword and helmets, stallion, patterns and used them to make a collection of Leather Accessories and Footwear products.
The influenced key words are implemented in the development of mood boards, color/material boards and effect boards. Basically, these board was used to portray the mood, materials, colors and effects, which is selected for the project. For this project, brave and immortalized character of Rostam was used. In these board the life of Rostam and his dominancy over the Persia was show by using precise and elegant culture and theme of Persia.
Elements are extracted using the research on the Persian king ROSTAM. The armor and the stallion that the warrior used in his fights are used as one of the main elements. The other elements used are different Persian patterns and motifs that are used in multiple architecture, books and accessories etc.
Different samples of ornamentation to be developed which could show the inspiration of the related research. Persian culture had rich colors but it is combined with a warrior Rostam. Different techniques such as embroidery, engraving, heat pressing, screen printing, ornamented straps, braids are used in ornamentation which used on products during the design development. Persian motifs and patterns are used as elements for applying these techniques on it and develop the ornamentation samples.
In order to do so developments sketches were made for all products. Initially the designs were very direct in order to make experiment. The lines and composition were later simplified and stylized were extracted from the research boards to create design that were practical as well as experimental. The silhouette of the shoe was finalized after element extraction. Ladies sandals with block and wedge heel are made with mixture of warrior and Persian theme. Also Men sandals designs are made with heavy soles.
The renderings would be done on the A3 format with composition that shows the effect of project. It includes design rendering, color tabs and technical drawing. The medium, that are used for the renderings are poster colors, watercolor pencils, pointers and markers.
the drafting part comes from which the patterns would be extracted and used to make products. In this process the 2D drawing of the design are converted into 3D form for the formation of patterns. The patterns are then refined and made with accuracy.
In the end, the product were properly made with attachment of soles, the original material that was also dyed, complete ornamentation, insole covering and finishing.
