First, I brought the image into Illustrator.

Next, I vectorized it into 6 colors using the Image Trace tool in the Properties window.

Then, I used the Recolor tool in the Properties window to change those 6 colors into an autumn-themed color palette. I tried to keep the colors vibrant, as vector images like these usually are.

I duplicated the image and repeated the recoloring process for winter.

I did the same for summer.
