In 2004, Dilara Erbay Bugdayci, a cuisine artist, and Ahmet Bugdayci, the creative director, launched Abracadabra Magic cuisine in Istanbul. Abracadabra Istanbul, the forerunners of New Turkish cuisine, was named one of the world's 50 greatest restaurants by Conde Nast Travel in 2010.
