Minda, the elven archer

This is a model of elven master archer. Her name is Minda. Minda is meant to be used for mobile game. He is made of 8375 triangles with bow + 120 triangles has an arrow she shoots.
Some parts of the model are coloured... this supposed to be the player's chosen colour. It uses the same textures as the "non coloued part" and is is completely fine to get rid of this colouring and use the original textures.
Majority of work has been done in Blender. MFPB addon was used for base body, the rest was sculpted from scratch. The bow's base was made by hard surface modeling and details sculpted. Minda is fan of CC0 textures so he uses them. Blender is also responsible for low poly retopology, UVs and texture baking.
The golden stripes on her dress were generated by Stable Diffusion, edited in Krita and Materialize made a PBR. Afterwards they were sewed on the dress with vertex painting.
Animating process took a place is Cascadeur. No root motion was used, although it would not be hard to implement it. Minda's facial expressions and other stuff like feather and hair motion were born in Blender using shape keys.
All of this was exported to Godot game engine and scripted in GDScript. Pulling the arrow from the quiver, actual shooting and the blinding powder thrown at enemy was also added in Godot.
