시즌 별 미슐랭 스타쉐프를 초빙해 단, 10명만을 위한 요리를 선보입니다.
출입구 문이 열리면 서울의 밤을 테마로 한 유리 벽을 지나 한국형 샹들리애가 보입니다.
매트한 재질의 한지로 장식한 샹들리애에는 손으로 만든 한국식 수술로 장식했습니다.
샹들리애 뒷면은 학을 자수한 벽지를 붙였습니다.
공간을 이동해 매장에 입장하면 무거운 블랙 톤을 기본으로 한 벽체 사이 수많은 프로젝트로 연출한 서울의 밤을 벽면에서 감상할 수 있습니다.
매화를 수놓은 의자와 매장이 검색되는 자개로 만든 QR코드도 주목해 주세요.
무대로 연출 된 이곳은 쉐프의 손놀림 하나하나가 보이도록 조명을 설치하고 음식 하나하나에 집중 할 수 있게 했습니다.

From the moment you enter, you'll be greeted by a structure and chandelier that evoke the shimmering beauty of a Seoul night. The chairs adorned with embroidered plum blossoms will seat you as a vivid Seoul night unfolds through beam projections.
We've designed the space to highlight every detail of the chef's artistry, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the culinary experience.
