I was commissioned to design the collectable poster illustration for this years event. The theme was centered on Detroit's auto companies and workers. I sed Diego Rivera's famouse mural at the Detroit Institute of Art as an initial inspiration.

WORLD-CLASS VEHICLES
The Detroit Concours is a celebration of the Motor City and the automotive culture that defines it. That’s why, for 2023, we’re proud to honor the people who put the world on wheels: Detroit’s automotive industry employees across all time. Our celebration features an unveiling of custom artwork made up of photos submitted from those in the industry, and a special Concours d’Elegance class, Powered by Detroit, that showcases manufacturer-owned heritage vehicles.
