This two-story economic housing, crafted by a local developer, is waiting to be renovated. Initially, it featured compact living spaces with just two bedrooms, but the client's ingenuity transformed it into a more spacious and functional residence.
On the upper floor, a brand-new master bedroom was added, offering a private retreat for the homeowner. This addition enhances both the comfort and the overall value of the house. Alongside the master bedroom, a sleek and contemporary bathroom was introduced, equipped with modern fixtures and a tasteful design.

The client also wanted a convenient carport, providing shelter for vehicles, and a garden that complements the property's aesthetic and offers an outdoor haven for relaxation and leisure.
