Background information of melting candle
Historical records show that scented candles originated in Europe. According to legend, Louis XIV ordered craftsmen to invent it. It started as a way to cover up the smell of building a palace. Later, it was used in daily life. (Tai Bai, 2023)
The method of disease prevention and treatment of "smell the fragrance to remove the disease" has a long history in China. (Hongbin Yue& Kun Cao, 2019)
The light bulb of the wax melting lamp continuously heats the candle above the candle. The heat will melt the candle. Heat accelerates molecular motion. The essence inside is slowly volatilized to the room with the heat action for aromatherapy.
In recent years, the rapid development of society. The distance between people is getting farther and farther. Some pressure can not be released and poured out. My dad is such example. As he get older, the quality of sleep gets worse too. People can reduce their stress from three aspects: smell, touch and vision. It is also a good way to speak what they have in mind
