Cora is a Brazilian digital banking company focused in small business entrepreneurs, created and launched back in 2020.
I was hired by Cora in 2021 to work full-time in the branding team as a visual designer with the task do create digital and
print art pieces, brand guides, digital templates for coworkers, orienting partners and working on several
creative campaigns in order to create awareness to expand the Cora brand and it's assets.

Here I'll share all kind of materials done since I was hired, I work at Cora to this day and most jobs were done
with the aid of a copywriter, helping the overall creative process, alongside other designers to give some feedback when needed.

When I arrived at Cora, the company originally already had a logo, a minimal brand guide and some assets.
The image above was one of the first assets that I created once I joined the branding team.

My main task when I joined the branding team was to create brand awareness, and the best place to do it was via our Instagram.
Weekly meetings were made so that we could check the calendar, the opportunities within it and then proceed
to create diverse creative art pieces.
Several social media posts done between 2021-2023. Be aware that other posts found on Cora social networks may have been made by other designers.

One of our main brand assets, beside the vibrating pink palette, was the physical debit/credit card.
It was used in several campaigns and art pieces, but I picked two that stood out among them.
The first one was about the launching of the credit function, back in November 2021.
The second one was focused in the launching of a new card color, which unfortunately never came to fruition.
Some projects using the Cora physical card itself as the main art component, unfortunately the pink card one was never released.

Camisa Rosa (Pink Shirt) was a vodcast project created with Cora partners where they talked about their entrepreneur journey, combining the themes with football references, since this project was released near the start of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
I worked firmly in this project creating background posters, the vodcast identity and the visual guide for the video editors.
Three episodes were made and you can check them out via Cora YouTube channel.
Particularly a project that I loved because I'm a die hard football fan, so to be a integral member in this one was really something special.

Cora had a chatbot to assist clients in need of help, but the bot later upgraded to a better AI based version.
So it was needed a name (ISAC - which means Cora's Intelligent Automatic Support) and a visual revamp.
I decided to combine black with flashy visuals, using gradients and a logo
that would look similar to a computer processor, merging with Cora original logo.
I also avoided to use an avatar for this bot, an approach originally done by another Brazilian bank, Bradesco, with Bia.
A modular main identity was made so that it can easily be adapted to other formats.

Earlier in 2023 Cora completed its 4th anniversary, so the branding team gathered
client partners to talk about their entrepreneur journey so far.
I created the main visual identity, its assets and shared them with the video editors.
These videos were produced and uploaded to Cora YouTube channel, which can be found here.
A gift box was made to be presented to the entrepreneurs interviewed.

Coraliados (Cora Allies) is a program that was created back in 2020, focused in accountant clients that
recommended Cora to their affiliated, coworkers and partners.
In 2023 I made a rebranding of this program and a visual identity that would be used in any communication targeted to this
specific audience. Since events and conferences are also commonly targeted for this audience,
I was inserted in several of these projects to also design how a stand would look and the printed material that would be used.
I've worked closely in almost all of Cora's events in 2023.
Lastly I would like to point out two initiatives that I've made in 2021 that are both used to this day.
The first one is the inclusion of a new field in Slack profile that specifically defines what the person does at Cora, since our company got larger this was really important to best orientate who to talk in any given subject.
The second is an automate reply that I've made in gmail that is activated when a email with a specific subject is sent to me.
In this response I give instructions to the person so that he/she can easily create their own mail signature.
Thanks for appreciating!
