Sweet things I want to say to you
‘Sweet things I want to say to you’ is the output of a long process where I have analyzed how typography could communicate something different through its medium.
This output is a booklet that contains a sentence of bad words presented in a very ‘nice/sweet’ way; with a look that you would not expect from these kind of words. My aim was to create a sentence that, its message (words) could be affected by its medium (form).
Being very interested in this recent handmade trend, with letterforms constructed more and more in three dimensions, like a type as object, physical and real, I have experimented with handmade 3D type leaving the computer aside, looking elsewhere leading me to explore with different materials, textures and objects.
