A boy and a girl, a boy and a boy, a girl and a girl, or any combination in between. The coming together of two bodies in a deep relationship forever changes a person’s life for better or for worse. There is a great level of vulnerability and trust between the two who decide to embark on this journey together. How is one supposed to be able to wholly trust the person on the other end of the relationship? Musicians are some of the most talented writers in society, and as such, I have used their words in my work to help describe the feelings associated with the close relationships in my own life. There is fear, pain, anger, regret, and sadness in their words for the love that has been lost. This is my vulnerability.
