The client needed a portal which could help them easily giving feedback and select the employees in their organization at multiple levels. My role was of a project owner, and I did Information Grouping, Information Architecture, Wireframes, Quick Paper Prototyping, Task Flows, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Responsive Web Design.
