Actually, the client didn't ask me to create a cover, but when I read about his product, this idea flashed in my head and I couldn't stop..

Once I got a job inquiry from a startup that creates and produces unique systems that prevent water leaks in buildings. They needed my help in creating slides with infographics about their devices. By the way, you can see them in this project. The client showed me a draft of his presentation that didn't have a cover at all. But I felt that we needed some kind of powerful beginning to immediately attract the attention of the viewer. Maybe even something hypertrophied and with a bit of humor. Of course, at the same time I wanted to immediately show the idea of the product. It is somewhat similar to flood insurance, but it does not just help you cope with the consequences, it prevents them. When I realized all this, this idea immediately popped into my head, I drew a horribly rough sketch, described my thoughts and sent it to the client. Fortunately, he was excited about the idea and we started working.
a little bit of my process

After the sketch, I created the interior, which we were going to completely flood, in 3D. I illuminated it with the bright evening sun to create the most cozy picture. Then I made a copy of this scene and filled it with 3D water. After the first render, the client asked me to add more details, and it was a great comment. I really had a lot of fun adding small amusing small things. Then it was time for the final touches and retouching in Photoshop. By the way, this is my first project where I was able to really apply A.I. Since I didn't have a proper 3D dog, I used a low-poly model in 3D, and then just bashed it with parts of a super similar dog generated in Midjourney.
