Here are some notable accomplishments:

* Modernized every application we touched, and delivered value-added functionality to better support our business when the opportunity arose.

* Thoroughly tested our apps for functionality and performance which led to very stable systems after go-live and minimal-to-no defects

* Achieved 100% Veracode compliance and completed penetration testing where required to ensure that our apps meet or exceed security requirements.

* Eliminated thousands of security vulnerabilities in legacy servers by enabling the decoms of those servers after we moved the functionality to the cloud.

* Reduced high-cost license requirements for legacy applications.

* Took the opportunity to build the Cloud-to-Cloud process and moved several BlueSky applications from legacy QS to NGC CaaS, accelerating the C2C phase of the project which will ramp up significantly in FY24.

* Reduced Notes licensing requirements for the US firm and globally as well by enabling the retirement of Notes applications.

* Joined forces with the Replatform team to deliver an innovative solution for CNHR in a very short timeline

* Built our first Tax app using Quicksuite and the Tax Trusted Partner Azure environment and are poised to go live with the second in July 2023 (Tax Depletion).

* Reimagined the RMS application and delivered a superior experience for the business users of this system and the Records Management function in general.

* Performed TLT launch processes where required to ensure all aspects of delivery are ready including risk management review, branding/naming, support, data privacy reviews, etc which ensured proper oversight.

* The refactored People Lookup app was approved for firmwide use!
