Made in Washington
For three years, I photographed various products manufactured in Washington state for a ‘Made in Washington’ feature in each month’s Seattle Business Magazine. With these images I wanted to not only showcase the steps and techniques of how a specific item is made, but also evoke a sense of wonder by capturing interesting textures, patterns, colors, and other visual elements. It was so fascinating to document all of the steps and labor that goes into the manufacturing process of each product. This series is a selection of images from some of my favorite shoots that I worked on.
