My undergraduate thesis was on the topic of, “Groundwater Quality Analysis of Manikganj District Using Water Quality Index and Principal Component Analysis". Here we conducted spatial analysis of water quality indices using IDW Mapping collecting first hand data from 31 different Deep Tube Wells across 7 sub-divisions of the entire Manikganj district of Bangladesh.
Our maps show the Water Quality Index (WQI) of groundwater across the entire district of Manikganj. The maps are accurate to the exact GPS locations collected using GPS devices and scaled as: 1 cm = 1 km.
