IBM Cloud Application — SCOPE Plus — Usability Case Studies.
The blue bench/scope is a tool that people can use for a single point of truth for all data around systems, to be used for migration projects. It's a finished product without UX. It comes to my team to revamp the entire Usability. Including me and my team member’s along with experts from front-end development and UI design.

Background
SCOPE Plus (Web application) is a combination of two tools (Bluebench and SCOPE).
Bluebench is a windows based application. It’s a tool used by Global Technology Services (GTS) for collecting data on client infrastructure and associated analytics.
SCOPE is a tool used by Global Business Services (GBS) for collecting data on client infrastructure and associated analytics.
The development of SCOPE Plus is near completion with no UX.
Problem Statements
Users struggle to find the necessary features or settings.
Numerous choices and features are hidden or require accessing multiple screens.
Despite having the same names, some functions are repetitious.
The navigation menu’s items should not be there. (They make an effort to accurately reproduce the Windows-based version)
Target Audience (User)
Engineered (Technical Architect, Support, Distinguished engineer, Cloud Architect) who is already familiar with Bluebench and Scope desktop tool version.
Age Group 25–55.
Challenges
Due to a project deadline, the Client wishes to implement the UI Design in 12 days.
Without even significantly altering the CODE, the Client wants the most minimalist style that we can come up with.
Process
Study about the entire stakeholder involvement (IBM Global Business Solutions & IBM Global Technology Services)
They want the possible design with a clean look and feel without even touching the CODE majorly.

- What could be accomplished without putting in considerable effort
- The lack of user flow distorted the product.
- We have set the user flow which we have already shared with the UI Screen.
- Except for the List view page, the rest all the pages copy/paste the content and link based on the new UI which we suggested.
