Why does no one talk about this?

Despite having been with the company for only two weeks, I already felt an incredible sense of trust placed in me. It was undeniably true that they were here to support! The title said it all: I was sent to Bali, solely to enjoy myself and create reels.
I know it doesn't make sense, at least not yet.
I have been working in the BPO industry for over five years now, and ever since I joined, I have made it my main goal to debunk the prejudices that people have about call center agents. As someone who takes pride in continuously pursuing storytelling, I am eager to assume the obligation to shed some light on the matter.

There are many stories that need to be unfolded, but for this particular one, I want to focus on the Employee Referral Program (ERP) Perk. Transcom Philippines, the company that sent me, is one of those that offers these incredible perks.

Apart from the various job-related bonuses, the ERP is an often overlooked aspect that deserves more attention. Picture this: alongside your regular tasks, you have the opportunity to earn a referral bonus.

So, how does it work? Well, each quarter, a promotional program is launched with specific mechanics. The thrilling part is that if you happen to be the top referrer by the end of a particular promo, you'll be generously rewarded with an all-expenses-paid reward. And in this instance, the reward was an exquisite three-day getaway to Bali, Indonesia.
I had the privilege of being sent to create reels featuring our top referrers, an incredible perk that showcases the company's commitment to rewarding hardworking employees. As the Content Producer capturing their unforgettable trip, I witnessed firsthand the power of experience-based rewards.

I guess I'm just amazed at how this career has brought me to such incredible opportunities, where I can capture and share the stories of employees who lead interesting lives outside of work. And then there's Transcom, a company that goes above and beyond, making these incredible perks shine even brighter!
