JAURIA
It´s a PastaBar with a concept centered around a "JAURIA," referring to a group of dogs.
The owners of this establishment are animal lovers, especially of dogs. The entire interior is decorated to embrace this concept, with murals painted by the Ecuadorian artist Jonathan Mosquera (Rayz). Through our logo, we aim to convey the message that enjoying a pasta dinner doesn't have to be excessively expensive, creating a modern and welcoming atmosphere.
By establishing this analogy, we compare it with a dog without a pedigree, highlighting the idea of claiming love for mixed-breed dogs.
Both the icon and the logo are conceptually built upon the popular saying "Who eats alone, dies alone," referring to the establishment's name, "JAURIA" and the group behavior that dogs exhibit.
The main idea was to create an aesthetic contrast between the logo and the icon. The typography features high contrast and quite pronounced and elegant serifs, unlike the icon, which appears quite unrestrained in its strokes and with disproportionate anatomy.

Es un PastaBar con un concepto centrado en una "JAURÍA", que se refiere a un grupo de perros.
Los propietarios de este establecimiento son amantes de los animales, especialmente de los perros. Todo el interior está decorado para abrazar este concepto, con murales pintados por Jonathan Mosquera (Rayz), artista ecuatoriano. A través de nuestro logotipo, buscamos transmitir el mensaje de que, disfrutar de una cena de pasta no tiene por qué ser excesivamente costoso, creando un ambiente moderno y acogedor.
Al establecer esta analogía, la comparamos con un perro sin pedigrí, destacando la idea de reivindicar el amor por los perros mestizos.
El icono y el logotipo está construido conceptualmente desde el refrán popular “Quien que come solo, muere solo” aludiendo al nombre del espacio –Jauría– y ese comportamiento grupal que tienen los perros.
La idea fue generar un contraste estético entre logotipo e icono, la tipografía con un contraste muy alto y serifs bastante pronunciados y elegantes a diferencia del ícono que se presenta descontrolado en sus trazos y con una anatomía desproporcionada.
