The Summit Foundation

The Summit Foundation

Identity developed for charitable organisation, The Summit Foundation. Founded by Stuart and Zoe Webber, the foundation aims to create awareness and opportunities for young people in Norfolk, helping them achieve their potential.

The concept for the wordmark is inspired by the foundations name, referencing Stuarts ambition of climbing Mount Everest as one part of the core fundraising activities for the charity. The typographic solution sees each of the three words comprising the foundations name stacked on top of one and other, creating a typographic summit, crafted with each word being exactly half the width of the one above/below.

The identity also needed to encompass The Climb Podcast, which is run alongside the foundation, featuring guests from the worlds of elite sport, the military, business, and the arts. This again features a typographic solution, in-keeping with the core identity of the Summit Foundation.

Project requirements included consultation on naming, with additional work being carried out on written copy, devising the foundations mission statement of 'helping others reach new heights', which is used across all of the foundations communications. Additional project applications include a website, promotional artwork for various touchpoints, including social media.
