I was tasked to a campaign key visual suite for the Superhero Qantas points campaign as part of their ongoing partnership. The objectives for the business was to increase user sign-ups to Superhero, with the bonus would earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points while doing so and continue to do so as they traded and transferred through the platform.
I was able to answer the task by developing a full suite of digital material covering;
• engaging, performance assets that would drive potential users to sign up to Superhero, or existing users to create and link a QFF account.
• animated assets for each offer, to be served on social media platforms depending on user segment/ place in the journey.
• a CRM series promoting the 4 available offers to earn points, served to users according to their point in the customer journey.
