How stress is affecting the life and the health of an entire generation
Due to a fast-paced and always-connected society, our brain is constantly flooded with stimuli of all kinds. The time to dedicate to our family, friends, health, and hobbies becomes more and more a small space between the hours of study or work. At the same time, the spread of the Internet and social media has contributed to intensifying all the sensations described, making us more neurotic and anxious. Unfortunately, too little is said about this, even though it is a problem that is part of everyone's life.
These are the reasons that led me to create this infographic, in which, through a simple and ironic visual language, I analyze the phenomenon from both scientific and socio-economic perspectives.
"We live a life between bustle and technology", as my high school teacher once said. This phrase is what gives my project its title.
