Aethetics & Emotions is a series of black and white film photographs I took whilst studying at the Winchester School of Art. In the last year of University I took three films of photographs on a Canon AE-1, just general photos of the University and the surrounding countryside.
The aim of this newspaper is to highlight the importance of photography as a medium for capturing memories that would otherwise fade. They help me remember the time I spent in Winchester and it's great to have the photographs as a physical object rather than stored in the depths of my computer. They may not be works of art to a critic's eye but then most photos never are and that's fine by me.
