Animal vaccine injection
S-1是一款用于动物类疫苗注射的产品，采用航空级电磁驱动系统。相对于采用传统驱动系统的产品，S-1具有精准（剂量误差＜±2%）、安全（无交叉感染风险）、智能（根据猪龄自动调节注射深度和力度）等特点。
S-1 is a product used for animal vaccine injection, using an aviation grade electromagnetic drive system. Compared to products using traditional drive systems, S-1 has characteristics such as precision (dose error<± 2%), safety (no risk of cross infection), and intelligence (automatic adjustment of injection depth and intensity based on pig age).
在S-1的设计调研过程中，发现用户在疫苗注射过程中需要双手进行操作。用户访谈中他们表示现有产品的体验不好，长时间的双手操作极易疲劳。
During the design and research process of S-1, it was found that users need to operate with both hands during the vaccine injection process. In user interviews, they stated that the existing product experience is not good, and prolonged use of both hands can easily lead to fatigue.
为此，我们将注射器与标记进行组合设计

对电机体积的进一步优化，相对于上一代产品体积减少1/4，重量分布更为均匀，更为贴合手型的握柄设计，缓解长时间作业带来疲劳感。握柄采用全包雾面TPU软胶，手感舒适防滑，让握持操作更加舒适牢靠。
Further optimization of the motor volume has resulted in a 1/4 reduction in volume compared to the previous generation product, a more uniform weight distribution, and a more hand shaped grip design, alleviating fatigue caused by prolonged work. The grip is made of fully coated TPU soft adhesive, providing a comfortable and non slip feel, making the grip operation more comfortable and reliable.

By connecting an external power battery, it can meet the daily injection needs. At the same time, we have designed multiple wearing methods to meet the demand of non injection personnel for wearing battery modules.
