WORLDVIEWS
Visual identity and webdesign for a digital art conference for University of Arts London
Worldviews serves as a platform for scholars, curators, and artists to come together and explore the role of decoloniality in the study of Latin American Art. With a focus on how decoloniality acts as a frame of reference, the conference examines its development over the past decade, particularly highlighting the growing interest in indigenous and Afro-descendant practices. To reflect this theme, we created a visually striking and interactive experience, developing a code-based interaction and moving colors canvas that incorporates complementary colors, breaking away from the main flat green color. This unique visual communication guide was implemented across various mediums, including online platforms, print materials, and speaker videos. By utilizing this dynamic visual approach, the conference’s aim was to enhance engagement and foster a deeper understanding of decolonial perspectives in the study of Latin American Art.
