::LA BALADA DE LOS FAISANES::
Este es el resultado de la búsqueda de un sistema gráfico para una obra de teatro Colombiana que aborda el conflicto en Colombia a través de tres historias: la guerra, las víctimas y los victimarios, la sangre, el dolor, la migración y el desplazamiento. Aunque la obra trata temas intensos, logra transmitir inspiración, amor, compasión y esperanza. La tipografía fue cuidadosamente diseñada para reflejar la melancolía de las historias, con letras suspendidas de hilos que evocan la idea de quienes incitan a la guerra sin mancharse. El protagonista es un faisán, simbolizando la resiliencia y adaptación postconflicto. El dolor se representa con manchas rojas y la esperanza con ranúnculos. El número en el afiche refleja los relatos de víctimas de la JEP, cuyas huellas se plasman en las piezas: rojas para quienes no sobrevivieron y verdes/amarillas para quienes siguieron adelante. El proyecto genera amor, compasión y orgullo por el país, su gente y resiliencia, así como por el propio trabajo realizado.
This is the result of the quest for a graphic system for a Colombian theater production that delves into the conflict in Colombia through three narratives: war, victims and perpetrators, blood, pain, migration, and displacement. Despite addressing intense themes, the play manages to convey inspiration, love, compassion, and hope. The typography was meticulously designed to mirror the melancholy of the stories, with suspended letters hanging from threads that evoke the notion of those who provoke war without getting stained. The protagonist is a pheasant, symbolizing resilience and post-conflict adaptation. Pain is depicted with red stains, and hope with buttercup flowers. The number on the poster reflects the accounts of victims from the JEP, whose imprints are etched onto the pieces: red for those who didn't survive and green/yellow for those who carried on. The project instills love, compassion, and pride for the country, its people, resilience, as well as for the work itself.
