KERN Agency is a customer relationship management and creative strategy agency based in Los Angeles, California that drives continuous revenue for modern marketers through the power of neuroscience. As a Digital Designer, I collaborated remotely with KERN Account Executives, Project Managers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Proofreaders, and fellow Digital Designers using Microsoft Teams and Adobe Workfront/ProofHQ platforms to update and make changes to top-notch creative digital designs per clients' needs for AT&T, Discover Card, and DIRECTV.

Responsibilities included being detailed, focused, and organized while editing marketing campaign emails, PDFs, eBooks, webpages, and digital banners using Adobe XD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint. I was one of the last quality assurance checkpoints before final files were delivered to the client, ensuring brand guidelines were met across color, typography, production specifications and more.

I was also honored to be the presentation designer for training seminars led by the CEO of KERN, designed the header and footer of an agency-wide holiday email, and created cover art for a fun department-created playlist.
