Foundation Plan: Designing the foundation layout, providing a strong base for the entire structure.

Floor Framing Plan: Detailing the framework that supports the flooring systems throughout the house.

Ceiling Framing Plan: Mapping out the ceiling's structural framework, contributing to the overall aesthetics.

Roof Framing Plan: Designing the structural framework of the roof, ensuring stability and resilience against environmental factors.

Full Sections: Crafting detailed cross-sectional views, enhancing our understanding of the building's interior structure.

Structural Detailing: Elaborating on the intricacies of the structural components, allowing for accurate construction.

Collaboration with Sapp Structural Engineering: Working in collaboration with Sapp Structural Engineering, I ensured that the structural notes and specifications aligned seamlessly with their expertise and the project's design intent.
