TransparencyCamp 2014

TransparencyCamp is a 2 day "unconference" about open government hosted by the Sunlight Foundation. Every year hundreds of people gather to share their knowledge about how to use new technologies and policies to make our government really work for the people—and to help people work smarter with our government.

Designing for this event started with a moodboard in January and closes with a wrap up blog post after the event. Between all of that, I updated the style of the TransparencyCamp website, designed tshirts for staff and volunteers, designed and mail-merged over 500 badges, dealt with the graphics budget and vendors, trained staff volunteers to shoot still photography for the event, designed and produced signage and wayfinding, supervised the design and production of a 6' robot named Wallace, and managed signage volunteers at the event.
