Project “Culture Index” is a reflextion of two different countries cultures. This project aims to combine three cultural dimesions - history, politics and art, in order to show the importance in overall portrait of the country. Culture is not static, it is dynamic and has a tendency to constantly change, progress or regress in some settings, it never stay the same. Cultural history is a certain data, cultural codes, which are modyfied into visual elements, they generates graphic images and also reveals as “cultural face”. In order to understand the complete “cultural face” in whole and the individual parts, it is relied on the human eye visual light perception. The inability to see different lights or color-blindness is similar to ignorance of certain cultural fields. With reference to this metaphor, using color spectrum, the viewer has opportunity to look at the individual cultural industries, without the others, and also at their combinations.
