In 2023, Western Governors University's Student Success organization launched an annual process improvement project called "Faculty Innovation Champions." The program goal was to encourage front-line faculty and student-facing staff to turn their daily observations into working prototypes that help students accelerate their academic journeys. They needed a ~20 page brochure to celebrate the work of the year one cohort.

My role in this project was to take the Provost's vision and turn it into a wireframe and outline that the creative team in our marketing department to create a visual concept and first-round design layout. I then interviewed the 25 "champions" participants to create their various project narratives and wrote the copy deck for the entire document.

The sample here is the Senior Vice President's opening message which I wrote in her voice. She approved the first draft with no changes, which was astonishing and gratifying.
